Open year round, KonaLani  is designed for an adult clientele..  Families with well behaved children are welcome in our suites.  A deposit (3 day rate)  is required to confirm your reservation and needs to be in our office within 14 days after your booking has been made. The balance is due upon arrival by check, cash, travelers' check or money order, please.

Cancellations Policy

30 or more day notification allows full refund of deposit
Over 10 day notification you get your entire deposit back but incur a $20 processing  fee.
Less than 10 days prior to arrival date your fee is $50. 
Less than 3 days notification you incur a $100 fee.

Early checkout results in a charge of half a night's room rate for each night of the planned remainder of stay.
